We either embrace the natural flow of our liver flushing journey or we pretend to control it. We can’t have both.
I find it very interesting that when we try to control the flow of things, we actually block their flow. And the same happens when it comes to liver flushing. We tend to hold onto specific aspects of our flushing protocols that have yielded powerful results so far, and sometimes we can be quite stubborn about trying new things or seeing them in a different light.
But do we really control this journey or does it have its own flow? I have come to accept that it has its own flow and I must embrace it. Liver flushing is not scientific precision. It’s a human experience. Our own personal experience of letting go of everything we have accumulated in the liver and the body as a result of living in this toxic world. Our own personal experience of becoming who we truly are as all the blockages are being removed. One by one. Flush after flush.
When we want to control every detail of our liver flushing journey, we tend to obsessively focus on what we already know and create unnecessary tension in the body. But when we embrace its natural flow, we learn to pay attention to the process itself and the insights that are constantly being revealed to us as we flush.
We live in our heads all the time, and that’s an issue.
Leave the mind, and come back to your body through liver flushing. Live life through your body, not through your mind. Your body is the temple of God, not your mind. The mind produces loud thoughts, but God whispers to that secret place in your body where everything seems to flow from.
Let go of control. Let go of control daily and surrender to the natural flow of your liver flushing journey. This is a very unique experience for each one of us. And the more you flush, the more you’ll learn to fall in love with this process. But don’t worry if you can’t love the process right now. For some of us, it’s not a smooth one (especially if you’ve been chronically ill for decades).
No flow?
What if there’s no flow in your life and you’re obsessed with controlling every aspect of this journey? My hope is that you keep flushing. You need to remove liver congestion for bile to flow without obstruction and only then your life will start flowing too.
As my friend and liver flushing veteran Kyle Hamrick says, your life goes as your bile flows.
Bile flow and identity.
There is a very strong link between your identity and your bile flow. Take away a person’s bile flow and you’ll be taking everything away from them. And I know this sounds really crazy but as someone who has experienced very low bile flow for decades, I’ve come to believe that this is 100% true.
Let me explain.
When there’s congestion sitting in your liver (stones, sludge, parasites, chemicals), this results in toxic bile and not enough amount of it. A person exposed to their own toxicity 24/7 who is not able to eliminate through bile, is in a constant state of inflammation and tension.
This leaves the body in survival mode.
Put someone’s body in survival mode, and…
you take away their sense of safety and ability to be at ease. And that’s a tragedy because we’re only fully ourselves when we feel safe and relaxed.
you take away their hope because the only thing left is the horror of experiencing the toxicity recirculating.
you take away their ability to love and feel loved; their ability to connect. Because liver congestion makes you feel isolated in your own body. You don’t live in a home but in a prison.
you take away their connection to God. And that, in my opinion, is the worst part of it all. I lived for many years without feeling God’s presence within me and felt completely in the dark.
Let go of control, embrace the natural flow of your liver flushing journey, and watch your identity become clearer and clearer to you the deeper you go with the flushes.
Bile flow is life flow.
With much love,
Marta Madlen

I love how you mind a connection between the liver flush and the identity, often hijacked by the machinations of the mind.
You showed us the liver flush as a powerful tool for the body to restore the balance, and when that happens, yielding also a place for God to dwell in us.
I found that the link between all these things is a subtle yet important understanding- and experience - for everyone flushing out there.
Thank you for inviting us to understand and to surrender to this process. This comprehension goes above and beyond the “speeds and feeds” of flushing to help us truly transform our bodies and mentalities as the mechanics are performed.
Love your deep insights and the holistic perspective you're providing! Thank you! ❤️
